Incident happened to my friend

Hi again! Here I’m going to tell some other incident happened to my friend. He was class topper. He doesn’t like his chemistry staff, because he was not teaching well. He told his mom about his chemistry teacher. Unexpectedly his parents came to the school and made a complaint to the correspondent. Our correspondent scolded the staff and told him that this particular guy’s parent complained him. He was hostel warden at that time, so my friend has to face some big problems. He was severely punished if he not coming to study hour punctually. My friend was mentally disturbed and again his parents approached the correspondent. What happened?
